set enable drag drop when createing calendar

Hi,

There is a configuration option enableDD in the AbstractCalendar. Unfortunately this defaults to true and cannot be set directly.
It would be nice if this option could also be passed when creating the CalendarPanel and then setting it in the sharedViewCfg so that it overrides the default behaviour.
