[DONE] English GB locale file, update German locale file

Hi Brian,
Attached I send you two locale files:

extensible-lang-en_GB.js is a new locale file for UK English. It is a copy of extensible-lang-en.js except for the date formats. GB uses DD/MM/YYYY format instead of the MM/DD/YYYY format used in the US.

extensible-lang-de.js is an update of the German locale file. Several of the date formats in the current German locale file are wrong (US formats instead of German formats).

I tried to send you these files as a Github pull request but failed since my pull request for the agenda view is still pending. And a second fork of the same repository is not allowed by Github.
