[OPEN-350] Hiding end date in event window

In our situation the events being edited cannot span multiple dates. This version of the calendardate window allows a showEndDate: false config value that isn't currently available. If this field is hidden, the class automatically sets the end date to be equal to the start date.

It would be nice if this feature were integrated into the base product.
