[FIXED] Use of 'extensible.calendarcolorpalette

Postby varunach » Thu Mar 17, 2011 2:47 pm

I'm trying to use the extended calendarcolorpalette for a feature that I'd like to add to the calendar

When i'm using the calendarcolorpalette, the colors are not displayed, but when selecting a box (which should show the color), the correct colorId is generated.

Here's how i'm using the calendarcolorpalette :

Code: Select all
xtype : 'extensible.calendarcolorpalette',
fieldLabel : 'Choose Color',
labelSeparator : '',
handler : function(colorPalette,
colorId) {
//some business logic

Here's an attached screen shot

Am I doing something wrong?

This is actually due to a bug in how the CSS rules are set up currently. For some strange reason (most likely lack of sleep) I wrote them specific to the menu like so:

Code: Select all
.x-calendar-list-menu li em .x-cal-1
.x-calendar-list-menu li em .x-cal-2
// etc.

Instead they should be scoped only to the palette widget:

Code: Select all
.x-calendar-palette em .x-cal-1
.x-calendar-palette em .x-cal-2
// etc.

I've fixed this in Git so if you update your code it should work as expected.

Nothings happens. But when i set height to a fixed value, it shows. Unfortunately, i cant use a fixed height as I add new calendar dynamically. 8-) :)
